How to carry on when feeling like shit? Our home has the crud and been a bit laid low by it and it raises the question of the best way to muddle through these low periods. The obvious answer is muddling through is about the only option. Some more optimistic souls would suggest body symptoms are just distractions and we just need to redouble our efforts to stay focused on our goals and priorities and not be thrown off by a little cold.
I like to imagine that these bugs are maybe an invitation to slow down and catch a breath. And in the feeling crappy mode I also notice I become more reflective about what matters and what are priorities as feeling shitty has some way of causing me to oddly think about mortality
